1. Shipping Rate

Please Note

Heavy items such as Buddha statues, mah jong sets, and large singing bowls may require an extra charge on the postage in order to cover costs. If this is the case, we will e-mail you with details prior to processing the order.

United States

2. Shipping Method and Time

Items are sent by the United States Postal Service. We normally ship the items in one business day. The shipping time in the United States will be 3 to 7 days. Upon your request, we can ship with other carriers. If there are extra costs, we will let you know.

Shipping time to countries outside the United States varies. It normally takes 10 to 20 business days. Tracking numbers are not available for orders outside the United States.
Import tax or duty might be charged by customs, and this will be the customer’s responsibility. Upon request, we will offer insurance or use other shipping carriers. If there are extra costs, we will contact you.

3. Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

United States

If any item is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately. And if in any other way you are dissatisfied with the goods, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of accepting delivery. We will refund the purchase price. We do not refund the shipping price on returned items or items that qualified for free shipping.

Please note, we do not offer return shipping for furniture.  All the furniture returns are subject to 15% of restocking fee. 

Countries Outside United States
If you are unsatisfied with the goods, you can return the items within 5 days of accepting delivery. We will refund you the purchase price, but not the shipping.

4. Paypal, Money Order and Cash Payments

If you want to pay by money order or cash, please send it to Hengli Zhang at 11316 Hattery Lane Austin,TX 78717. If you want to pay by Paypal, please send the payment to hinkyimport@gmail.com. Please leave us a note with your SKU numbers, which are the numbers beside the item prices.

5. Ordering Offline

If you would prefer to order offline, just send us an email with your name, telephone number, and what you would like to order, and we will call and get the rest of your information by phone.
